AIFC Participants shall file a specified number of reports to the Registrar of Companies on an annual basis in compliance with relevant Regulations and Rules.

AIFC Participants are resposible for ensuring that all registered company details and financial statements submitted in annual filings are accurate, complete, and up to date. Failure to provide timely and accurate information is a breach of AIFC Regulations and may lead to regulatory action, including penalties or other enforcement measures.

AIFC Participants are required to submit a specified set of annual reports to the Registrar of Companies, regardless of the company's level of activity during the reporting period, unless the entity has submitted a post-registration application for suspension of activity and such suspension has been duly approved.

"Turnover" refers to the total revenue a company generates during its financial year from its core business activities, such as selling goods or providing services. It is a key financial metric often required in annual filing forms for compliance or classification purposes.
Under the relevant AIFC Legal Entities framework, AIFC Participants are required to appoint an auditor registered with the Registrar to audit their accounts if their annual turnover exceeds the specified threshold. For online submissions, a confirmation message showing the status as "Submitted" will appear upon successful submission. For offline submissions, you will receive a confirmation email from the Office of the Registrar of Companies once your documents have been reviewed and accepted. Please ensure that you include your contact details and a valid email address when submitting documents offline.

Payments can be made in KZT (tenge). The amount payable in tenge is calculated based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on payment date.
Yes, a third party can make a payment on behalf of your company. Please ensure that the full legal name of the AIFC Participant, the invoice number and the purpose of payment are clearly indicated in the payment reference or accompanying documents.
Financial statements must be prepared in the company's functional currency, which is typically the currency of the primary economic environment in which the company operates. For companies within the AIFC, this is often Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) or United States dollars (USD), depending on the nature of the company’s operations and transactions.

A Recognised Company must submit to the Registrar a copy of each annual return or comparable document filed in its jurisdiction of incorporation, within 30 days of filingit there, as per Section 147 (1) (d) of the AIFC Companies Regulations.
