Post-registration applications can be submitted either online or offline:
1. Online application is available via your personal account on the AIFC Digital Residentplatform by following the provided instruction.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Post-registration fees for online applications are as follows:
50 USD for standard entities
150 USD for NPIOs/Foundations
Fees for online processing inquiries (e.g. extracts)
20 USD for standard entities
100 USD for NPIOs/Foundations
2. Offline application should be sent from the Company’s registered email address to po[email protected].
Processing time is typically 7-10 business days.
Fees for offline applications:
100 USD for standard entities
300 USD for NPIO/Foundations,
Fees for offline processing inquiries (e.g. paper extracts with signature and stamp):
40 USD for standard entities
200 USD for NPIO/Foundations.

A variety of extracts are available – their description and requirements can be found in the Guidance on Post-registration applications.
Extracts can be requested online via the AIFC Digital Resident by following the instructions. The post-registration fee for online processing is 20 USD (100 USD for NPIO/Funds) per extract.
A paper form version of the Extracts should be submitted via the Company’s registered email address, in accordance with section 24-1 of the AIFC Companies Regulations. The fee for offline processing is 40 USD (200 USD for NPIO/Funds) per extract.
To generate an invoice and proceed with the payment for post-registration services, please use the self-service calculator and follow these steps:
- Select your organisational-legal form;
- If your company holds a license and conducts a regulated activity, please answer the question: “Are the activities regulated by AFSA? ” – select Yes or No;
- For Extracts, click on “Processing inquires fee”;
- For all other post-registration services, select “Post-registration fee”
- Then choose the preferred format:

- Click Generate an Invoice.
Please make sure to provide the payment confirmation, along with a Power of Attorney or any other document verifying the applicant’s authority to act on behalf of the company.
You may update the business activity code (OKED) through AIFC Digital Resident portal following the instruction. You need to select:
- Change of registered details
- Change the business activity code
To update the nature of business, please send a request from the Company’s registered email address to [email protected].

The Registration Division receives calls from Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 17:00 (Astana time).

AFSA does not review applications prior to submission. For support, you may consider engaging Ancillary Service Providers listed in the public register. These professionals offer consultations and assistance with registration, authorisation, and post-registration procedures.
Online applications: 1–5 business days.
Offline applications: 7-10 business days.
Application status can be verified through the public register or the EGOV portal.
Instructions for registering a company’s email address are available in the “Option №2 offline (paper-forms) submission for post-registration” section of the AFSA website.
This requirement is in place to mitigate the risk of fraud and to ensure that post-registration applications are submitted only by authorised individuals, as verified through a Power of Attorney issued by the company.
You can update the CEO’s email address by submitting documents listed under section “4.2. Update details of CEO” in the “Guidance on Post-registration applications to the Office of the Registrar of Companies”.
To update the details in the national database, you need to submit an application for “Change the CEO”. If you submitted “Add/ Remove Director” application, the change will only be reflected appear in the AIFC public register and not in the national database
Only the “Change of CEO” application triggers updates in both the AIFC Public Register and the national database.

No. Applications must be submitted directly from the Company’s registered email address. In the body of the message, the Company may indicate the individual authorised for further correspondence. A valid Power of Attorney or other supporting document confirming the applicant’s authority must be included with the application.
