Disclaimer concerning the use of Ancillary Services Providers

Please note that providing advice and support for the registration of legal entities in the AIFC, obtaining authorisation to conduct licensed activities in the AIFC, and submitting documents related to the same are considered Ancillary Services.

The Acting Law of the AIFC does not permit individuals (natural persons) to conduct business in the AIFC, including providing Ancillary Services. Under section 24 of the AIFC Financial Services Framework Regulations, Ancillary Services within the AIFC may only be provided by an AIFC Participant (legal entities) that has obtained an appropriate licence from the AFSA.

Providing Ancillary Services without the required licence constitutes a contravention of the Acting Law of the AIFC.

Therefore, if you seek legal advice or consultancy services in relation to the registration and authorisation in the AIFC, we strongly recommend engaging only licenced Ancillary Service Providers. The list of Ancillary Service Providers is available on the AFSA Public Register at the following link: publicreg.myafsa.com/ancillary/

If you have witnessed, or are aware of, the provision of Ancillary Services in the AIFC, by an individual or a firm we regulate, you can report your concerns to us in confidence through AFSA Hotline Services: AFSA – Astana Financial Services Authority » AFSA Hotline Services.
