Fees And Payment
All fees related to the application, variation, withdrawal and ongoing supervision of Ancillary Services Providers are prescribed in the AIFC Fees Rules.
Applicants must ensure that their payment is made in accordance with the applicable schedule and provide confirmation of payment at the time of submission. Failure to do so may result in the application being considered materially incomplete.
APPLICATION FEES
Application fees are payable per Ancillary Service type applied for. The applicable amounts are set out in Schedule 3 of the AIFC Fees Rules.

The application fee, as outlined in Table 1.1 of Schedule 3 of FEES, applies to the addition of a new type of Ancillary Service. This fee is relevant only when requesting a variation to the scope of the Licence to include additional Ancillary Services. |
Withdrawal of an Ancillary Service Provider’s
Licence |
At present, AFSA does not intend to charge an
application fee for these activities. Any such application fee shall be determined by AFSA at a later date. |
ANNUAL SUPERVISION FEES FOR ANCILLARY SERVICES
Annual supervision fees for Ancillary Services are determined by the activities the Ancillary Service Provider conducts as set out below:
