Mrs. Angela Knight, CBE, is the Chair of the UK’s terrorist damage reinsurer, Pool Reinsurance Limited, an arm’s length body of HM Treasury. She also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group plc, and is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the US company Encore Inc., the world’s largest debt management company, where she also chairs the Nominations and Governance Committee.
She has served on a number of UK company boards and has been the Chief Executive of Energy UK, the British Bankers’ Association, and the Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockholders.
